As soon as possible after an interview, sit down and make some notes so you'll remember the details that were discussed. Debriefing
thoroughly and making notes is an excellent way to prepare for a second interview. It's also a great way to help you understand how you can
improve your interviewing skills. Here are some questions to ask yourself:
What parts of the interview did I handle well?
What questions did the interviewer ask?
Which questions did I answer especially well?
Which questions did I have difficulty answering?
What stories did I relate to demonstrate my skills?
Which other accomplishment stories could I have used?
Did I give enough detail in my stories? Did I talk too long? Not long enough?
