Re. Decorating Department Position

Dear Contact,

Thank-you for taking the time to answer some of my questions about the Decorating Department in Home Depot.  I am extremely excited about the upcoming expansion of your company in the Trafalgar Village this spring.  This will be a most welcome service for the community.

With over eight years of proven customer service experience, complemented with my creative education at Ontario College of Art and Design I offer a unique contribution to your business.  My roots in the retail environment began with Bowrings, as a Sales Associate where I enjoyed designing displays and assisting customers with their purchases.  After a rewarding career as an administrator with TD Bank Financial Group, I am now refocusing my interests back to the home decorating industry where I will be able to apply both my artistic and project management skills.  My strengths in coordinating, managing and organizing projects would be a definite asset to the Home Depot Design Team.

With my personal commitment to high quality, professional customer service I encourage customers to enjoy their shopping experience and leave satisfied that they have found what they were looking for.  My strong communication skills have led to success in dealing effectively and efficiently with diverse customers and team members.
