positions are in the I.T. industry, but don't be
fooled, there are others. The "Job Alert" feature will
deliver I.T. job opportunities to your
personal email account. It is free to register. All you
have to do is log in. A must for I.T. professionals in

Canadian job search information. Plenty of links
to local area Internet resources, listing job

Canada (HRDC) This is the website for this federal
body. It is an excellent resource for job seekers
from entry level to mid-management. It is not
recommended for higher management and/or
executives. Jobs are posted and sorted by region in each
province, every 48 hours. Also, there is a great deal
of job search related information. A good site for
the active job seeker. Bookmark it.
www.charityvillage.com - A busy website for positions
available across Canada, with a concentration in
southern Ontario, in the not-for-profit industry.
Check out the "Latest Additions" section as it is
updated daily at 12 noon. Overall an excellent source

the I.T. industry. Offers a searchable database and free
job notification service by email. There are some good
career articles for I.T. professionals in transition
or looking for a career change. Also there is
current information on I.T. training to keep your skills
geared to today's market. This site does not post your
résumé.

that has new positions added to its searchable database
daily. Many positions are in the I.T. industry, but there
are others, don't give up. A good site to bookmark and
visit often.

Communications Jobs website. This site lists plenty of
current, available positions in newspapers, magazines,
"new" media, communication and academia. An excellent

Net This website offers career and "labour market"
information particular to BC. This site's career
related information - refer to "Site Map" for a full
picture - is a good source for general up-to-date
information and links. The Job links are an exhaustive
list of BC references. A good site for a BC resident
or a jobseeker looking to move to the West Coast.

career planning, education and training, job market
trends, and employment issues and opportunities in
Saskatchewan. The Career Planning and Current Job
Listings sections are of high value to the job
